Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes delivery areas, timing, and responsibilities for orders placed on HeybroMart.
01 Eligibility
Only approved Members may place orders. Shipping becomes available after Membership payment verification and account approval.
02 Delivery Area
We primarily deliver within the Republic of Korea to addresses provided at checkout. International shipping, if offered, will be stated on the product or checkout page and may involve additional fees, customs, or restrictions.
03 Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared after payment confirmation and stock verification. Processing times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or for special-order items.
04 Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, traffic, customs, government action, or force majeure.
05 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Free-shipping promotions may apply subject to stated conditions.
06 Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. The Company is not liable for failed delivery caused by incorrect recipient information.
07 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage generally passes according to the carrier’s terms once the package is handed over for delivery, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
08 Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to recipient absence, refused acceptance, or incorrect address, re-delivery or return-to-sender rules of the courier apply. Additional fees may be charged.
09 Restricted Items
Certain products may be restricted from shipping under Korean law or carrier rules. We may cancel or modify orders that cannot be legally shipped.
