Acceptable Use Policy

01 Purpose

The Service must be used lawfully, fairly, and in a manner that does not harm Members, sellers, or the Company.

02 Prohibited Activities

• Creating accounts with false identity or stolen credentials
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Membership accounts
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated purchasing tools without written permission
• Attempting to bypass price locks, paywalls, or security controls
• Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or money-laundering activity
• Uploading malware, phishing content, or harmful code
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal content
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights
• Reselling Membership access or unauthorized commercial redistribution of member benefits

03 Monitoring

The Company may monitor usage patterns for fraud prevention and AUP enforcement, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

04 Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, order cancellation, account suspension/termination, forfeiture of Membership fees where permitted, and referral to authorities.
