Subscription & Billing Policy

01 Membership Fee

HeybroMart is a paid, members-only closed mall. Access to member pricing and purchasing requires an active Membership.

The current Membership Fee displayed at registration is ₩9,900 (amount may change for future billing cycles).

02 Billing Cycle & Auto-Renewal

Unless cancelled, your Membership automatically renews every month for the then-current Membership Fee.

By checking the auto-renewal consent at registration, you authorize the Company to charge or request payment for each renewal period until you cancel.

• Renewal period: monthly
• Renewal continues until cancelled by the Member or terminated by the Company
• Fee changes for future cycles will be communicated on the Service where practicable

03 Payment Methods

Payment methods may include bank transfer and other methods announced by the Company. Instructions are shown after registration and on the Membership payment page.

Member pricing unlocks only after payment verification and Company approval of your account.

04 Failed or Late Payment

If a renewal payment is not completed on time, the Company may:

• Suspend member pricing and purchasing
• Place the account in pending payment / pending approval status
• Terminate Membership after repeated non-payment

05 Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by contacting Customer Service or through account tools when available.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current period, except as required by law or stated in the Return & Refund Policy / Membership Terms.

06 Refunds of Membership Fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

07 Taxes

Fees are stated in KRW unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes may be included or added as required by law.
