01 Be Honest

Share genuine experiences about products you purchased or used. Do not post fake reviews, compensated endorsements without disclosure, or competitor attacks disguised as reviews.

02 Be Respectful

No harassment, hate speech, threats, discrimination, or personal attacks against Members, sellers, or staff.

03 Keep It Relevant

Content should relate to products, orders, or helpful shopping information. Spam, advertising, and off-topic promotion are not allowed.

04 No Illegal or Sensitive Content

• Illegal activity, scams, or malware links
• Personal data of others (phone, address, ID numbers)
• Obscene, graphic, or sexually exploitative material
• IP-infringing uploads

05 Moderation

The Company may edit, hide, or remove content that violates these Guidelines or law, and may suspend accounts for repeated violations.
